Mortgages...
We charge a broker fee of 1% of the loan amount for arranging the mortgage, payable upon completion.
This fee is subject to a minimum of £250 and a maximum of £400.
We will also be paid commission from the lender.

The KFI will tell you about any fees relating to that mortgage.

For mortgages up to and including £25,000, our fee would be £250 (the minimum fee we charge)

For mortgages between £25,000 and £40,000, our fee would be 1% of the loan amount

For mortgages of £40,000 and over, our fee would be £400 (the maximum fee we charge)
